IIFL Responds to Hindenburg Report | No Investments in Adani Group | Grahak Chetna
IIFL has clarified that it has not made any direct or indirect investments in Adani Group shares, following the recent Hindenburg Research report. The company stated that Madhabi Puri Buch and Dhaval Buch’s holdings were less than 1.5% of the total inflow in the fund. Additionally, 360 One Asset Management has confirmed that all its funds adhere to all regulations and follow the highest corporate governance standards.
IIFLએ તાજેતરમાં આવેલ હિંડનબર્ગ રિસર્ચ રિપોર્ટ પર પ્રતિસાદ આપ્યો છે. કંપનીએ સ્પષ્ટ કર્યું છે કે તેણે અડાણી ગ્રુપના કોઈ પણ શેરમાં સીધા કે આડકતરી રીતે કોઈ રોકાણ કર્યું નથી. IIFLએ જણાવ્યું છે કે ફંડમાં માધબી પુરી બુચ અને ધવલ બુચની હોલ્ડિંગ કુલ ઇનફ્લોનો 1.5% થી ઓછો ભાગ હતી. 360 વન એસેટ મેનેજમેન્ટે પણ પુષ્ટિ કરી છે કે તેના બધા ફંડ તમામ નિયમોનું સંપૂર્ણ પાલન કરે છે અને ઉચ્ચતમ કૉર્પોરેટ ગવર્નન્સ ધોરણોનું અનુસરણ કરે છે.
